Ingredients:Chicken (thigh, drumstick or breast on bone)
Lemon pepper
Chives
Garlic Powder
6 tbsp Olive Oil
5 tbsp Lemon Juice
Steps:
1. Season chicken with lemon pepper, chives and garlic powder.
2. Put olive oil in skillet. Place chicken in skillet.
3. Pour lemon juice over chicken.
4. Cook covered for 8 minutes on medium-high heat, turn over and cook covered for 8 more minutes.
Serves 1
