Wasabi Soy Stirfry


Ingredients:
2 cups steamed White Rice

2 tbsp Wasabi (japanese horseradish, prepared)
1/8 cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into small pieces
1 handful Green Beans
1/4 Onion, chopped

** amounts are flexible depending on your tastes

Steps:
1. Steam rice.
2. Heat wasabi, soy sauce and garlic in a pan. Mix in chicken and cook all the way through.
3. Mix in green beans and chopped onions. Cook until tender.
4. Serve chicken and vegetables over steamed rice.

Serves 1-2
