Feta & Prosciutto Frittata

3 eggs
4 tbsp milk
3 slices prosciutto
2 tbsp chives
Olive oil
3 tbsp feta cheese

1. In a bowl, beat eggs and milk.
2. Cut prosciutto into small pieces.
3. Heat a skillet lightly covered in olive oil. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
4. Add chives and prosciutto. Cook, continually spreading egg to edges to cook evenly.
5. Flip frittata and cook on other side.
6. Top with feta cheese.

Serves 1


  1. This looks so good if I ate prosciutto. I like the topped feta. I'm guessing the ham and cheese was salty enough that you didn't need to flavor it with other seasoning?

  2. You good do a vegetable frittata with feta and I'm sure it would be just as wonderful!! Yea the ham and cheese are salty enough, that it was perfect without any extra seasoning.
