Green Chile Quesadilla

4 Tortillas
1 canned Diced Green Chiles
1/3 Onion
1 Roma Tomato
Shredded Mexican Cheese

1. Dice onion and saute in butter until translucent. remove from pan.
2. Dice roma tomato and drain excess liquid.
3. Spread butter on one side of each tortilla.
4. Heat pan and place one tortilla in pan with butter side down.
5. Top with layer of cheese. Add green chiles, onion and tomato. Top with another layer of cheese. Place one tortilla on top with butter side up.
6. Lift bottom tortilla and when golden, flip quesadilla and cook until golden on both sides.

Serves 2-4
