Dijon Balsamic Steak

2 clove garlic
4 tsp whole grain dijon mustard
6 tsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp white wine
2 steaks

1. Dice garlic cloves.
2. In a bowl, mix garlic, mustard, balsamic vinegar and wine. Marinate steak.
3. In a pan, place 2 tsp olive oil and steak and marinade. Cook to desired temperature.

Serves 2.
