Black Bean Hummus


Ingredients:1 can black beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tbsp crushed garlic
1 lime

Steps:
1. Drain black beans.
2. Juice lime.
3. In a food processor, combine black beans, olive oil, garlic and lime juice. Puree, checking to ensure that mixture is well combined.

Serves 6-8
