Five Fruit Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
2/3 cup yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blackberries
2 cups ice

Steps:
1. Juice grapefruit.
2. In a blender, combine grapefruit juice, orange juice and yogurt. Blend until well mixed.
3. Add in banana, strawberries, blackberries, and ice. Blend on high until consistency is thick and smooth.
4. Serve immediately.

Serves 2
