Baked Shell Casserole

8 oz uncooked Medium Shell Pasta
1 1/4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 can Diced Tomatoes
6 tbsp Olive Oil

1. Cook shell pasta until tender. Drain and let cool.
2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
3. Butter a baking dish.
4. In a bowl mix olive oil and diced tomatoes.
5. Layer shell pasta and tomato sauce mixture in baking dish.
5. Top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is crisp.

Serves 4-6
